Only the caveat that dot com companies can go belly up in a heartbeat. I have a lifetime subscription to a couple of science fiction industry magazines. They are trying valiantly to stay afloat, but have had to drop the number of issues and attempt to convert to website-only subscriptions, after some 20 years since I bought. They really care for their subscribers, but economics are killing them.
True... so I'm trying to figure out my break-even duration, which is about 4 years. They've been out since 2005 (so 6 years). Oh well, maybe I'll wait what iCloud would be and charge (probably $$$) before I actually do it.
